Graffiti has a huge impact on the public in their perception of the area, and it sends out the message that nobody cares about the building, it causes the area to look unsafe.
The problem of graffiti occurs in many different areas of the university, on walls, telephone boxes, toilets, school classes,... We can not allow that.
