The haribo company possesses four principal kinds of candies : The Gelled : they are the most consumed in france. They have all the forms and all the colors. Among the most known, we find the Golden bear, the Hari Croco and the Happy Cola The Marshmallows : The strawberry Tagada and Chamallows are the most sold in the world The Licorice : the market of licorice is in low growth but with important market shares. It is the market where the investments are very small but with a high profitability, that allows a good cash flow for the company. The Sugar – Coated (“dragéifiés”): They have a more and more important place on the market. The “dragibus” is the star product of this category
The price policy
In 1991 : the operation tariff transparency. - no discounts on invoice, or contributions for commercial costs. - Unique price list applied to all the distributors. - The discounts are only according for quantities (weight). In exchange, all prices of Haribo products decrease between 10 and 15 %.
