I) Introduction

Nowadays for companies to prevent of the illness of theiremployees there is no many choices. We are here to propose them

a new alternative at good prices for new companies like for older

ones. We are here to procure and to help people to have a healthier

way of living. Our major targets are the company and the CEO who

are choosing the Corporate Fitness center to be sure that their

employees will not be ill during the year and for theirefficiency.

II) Executive Summary

Corporate Fitness is a unique Seattle-based fitness company that serves Seattle-area businesses; by helping them become more productive and lowering their overall costs. Corporate Fitness’ business was created off two simple facts;
1- Healthy employees are more productive than chronically ill employees,
2- It costs less to prevent injuries or illnesses,than to treat them after they occur.
At Corporate fitness, we bind together worker productivity directly with the health care issue. Our belief is that many traditional approaches to the current health care crisis are misdirected. Many of these traditional approaches are reactive approaches; that is, that employers wait until after an employee has been stricken with illness or injury, and then payfor the necessary treatments. On the other hand, Corporate Fitness executes a proactive approach; which emphasizes prevention of injuries and illnesses, and the good health promotion of employees.

We believe; that by helping employees change their behavior patterns and takes steps towards healthier lifestyles, Corporate Fitness lowers companies’ health care expenses and raises workerproductivity at the same time. Health care expenditures decrease due to reduced medical insurance premiums, reduced absenteeism, reduced turnover rates, reduced worker’s compensation claims, reduced employee tardiness, etc.

The current state of America’s health care crisis, together with current demographic changes, threaten not only to intensify the crisis, but also to erode worker productivity aswell. This current employee health crisis, coupled with the local competitive situation, has provided a favorable opportunity in this market for Corporate Fitness.

III) Business Description

Corporate Fitness will provide wellness strategies/programs to businesses in the downtown Seattle area. A wellness strategy is a long-term effort; that combines both health promotion and exercise activities,to facilitate positive lifestyle changes in members of a company’s work force.

Corporate Fitness will work with a company’s senior management to assist in developing a mission statement for its wellness program. The client company’s employees will undergo a health-risk analysis, following which each employee will meet with a health professional to design a unique, personalized health program.Finally, Corporate Fitness will provide employee progress reports to senior management; to carry out an incentive program and monitor overall changes in the behavior of its work force.

Corporate Fitness is a health service that helps businesses and individual employees attain one of the greatest gifts of all; that of good health. Personal gains such as improved self-esteem andself-motivation, combined with measurable benefits will create tremendous advantages for both the employer and the employee.
