1. Description and Vision
San Diego trading company was established in 1990 by Sara Guerra: she is the current Chief executive officer. The company has fourteen stores all over San Diego, CA and sells souvenirs of San Diego (like trinkets, Baby dolls, mugs, hats, sweaters, T-shirts, necklaces, scarf…) and all kinds of sport related items (sponsored by NFL, Major league of baseball, NBA). This has become a wide channel of distribution and it is divided up into two different categories of stores: San Diego Trading Company and San Diego Best. The company has 10 San Diego trading stores (in the Gaslamp district, on the 16th street next to the warehouse, La Jolla, Coronado, Pacific Beach, in Fashion Valley and in Horton Plaza) and 4 San Diego Best (in old town, La Jolla, Fashion Valley and 5th avenue). The goal of the company
