A-Introduction:
Wed (water ecologic doping) is a new concept of motorization. The main purpose of our business is to sale a system placed on an engine in order to reduce fuel consumption and polluting. Nowadays, motorists all around the world can’t afford to pay such a gasoline bill. Fuel is a very important load onthe income and it’s time to change. Moreover, we can see that the price of this energy keeps increasing every day. And the goal of our concept is to give more purchasing power back to the consumers. We expect to meet a real need for an increasing demand. To establish our goals we have to develop a business plan outlining all of the characteristics, management, marketing and finance. We developed ourbusiness plan in several parts, in a first part we will see the aspects of management, concept, corporate image, distribution channels, publicity channels, objectives in the short and medium terms. In a second part, a people plan will be set up with presentation of the team and their various functions within company. The third part will be the marketing plan and in the final part the finance...
