History is the study of past events that are recorded on a chronological timeline from the earliest to more recent dates.
There are different types of history; written history is collected through written documents such as books, newspapers, written documents, archives and journals, people who have wrote history are called historians, since historians are observers and participants, the works they produce are written from the perspective of their own time and sometimes with due concern for possible lessons for their own future. The events of the past have been recorded in writing or by an oral technique.
Oral history can be recorded from famous speeches, events passed on from generation to generation, through word of mouth.
Archaeology is also a type of history this is recorded through artefacts, bones, jewellery, treasure, and paintings. Archaeology is useful when dealing with buried sites such as tombs and objectives such as pottery which have been buried underground purposely or over time, discoveries made are mostly recorded through written documents to compliment what has been discovered and the history of the object or place.
There are many examples of history whether it is written, orally recorded or found through artefacts. History is mainly centred on past events examples of these past events are the world wars WWI AND WWII this has been a major aspect in world history because it has affected the world as a whole many countries were involved and it has been apart of their historical past and made a contribution to the developments of their countries e.g. The abolishment of the Nazi government. Inventions are also apart of history certain inventions have now become a part of modern history because some of these inventions are apart of daily life.
