Abstract : For a long time, the work’s world specializes more and more in the tertiary sector. The human resources are the major point of this evolution, we are interested more to man, to his competences, to his performances. The human factor is an essential tool for company and this idea has been developed and applied to most of them. So the recruitment is became an essential asset of companies, it becomes in a way an investment for the society. Indeed, recruit a person is became a real task it’s became a job in a world where we must use all our resources. The recruitment is, today, a strategic stake, work with better recruiters will be able to make the difference between two competitor companies.
