RESUME
Dans cet article, nous proposons un modèle de création de valeur fondé sur le principe de la chaîne de valeur en gestion d'entreprise. Nous nous attachons notamment à montrer l'incidence d'une allocation pertinente des ressources d'une entreprise sur sa rentabilité, en distinguant d'une part les activités directement profitables et d'autre part celles qui ont une fonction de support.
Cette distinction est appliquée à l'étude d'une société de services en ingénierie informatique, en termes d'équilibre interne et de potentiel de développement.

ABSTRACT
In this article, we propose a value creation model based on the principle of the chain of value in corporate management. We particularly endeavour to show the incidence of a relevant allowance of a company's resources on its profitability, by distinguishing on one hand the activities that are directly profitable and on the other hand those which have a support function.
This distinction is applied to the study of a services company in computer engineering, in terms of internal balance and potential of development.
