Short paper - critical review/learning reflection
Write a 3 page (c. 1000 words) critical review/learning reflection of one or two texts in the reading material, related to the given session:
Short paper 1: use reading material for session 2: introduction
Short paper 2: use reading material for session 4: globalization and diversity
Short paper 3: use reading material for session 5: work-life balance and care

The short paper should include:
(a) brief summary of the text(s) (c.1 page);
(b) your own commentary and critique (c.1 page);
(c) your reflections on how this text relates to other parts of the course so far (lectures, reading material, course book chapters) (c.1 page)

Final essay
Write a final essay, 15-20 pages, max 5000 words, drawing widely on the course material and lectures. Discuss what you understand as

(a) the main challenges, especially theoretical challenges, in studying gendered management and organizations, and

(b) the main policy and practical challenges around gender in management and organisations?

Please answer both parts of the question.
