Introduction
At first, I would like to thank you for the great seminar that you have taught to us; it has largely increased my knowledge on the impact of change within a company and on people. I will try to demonstrate to you that I have understood your course through my final assignment, in which I will present to you the impact of the change within the company in which I have worked since nine months.
Subject: Students are required to submit a written individual report of maximum 3500 words explaining “The difficulties in applying change processes and systems in the traditional life cycle of any given company, and the creation of a successfully change management roadmap, to be integrated into the diagnostic of any given company”.
The choice of the Company is left to you.
You can choose a company you have worked for any given company you are interested in. The choice and the relevance of the company, however, needs to be well justified. The report should review the general theory on change and the difficulties to implement it and implicate it within companies, but also your suggestion on how to integrate change policies and measures within the company.
