Garbage plate is a true Rochester delicacy , it's a disorganized combination of either Cheesebuger, hamburger, Italian sausages, steak ,chicken,grilled cheese, sandwich, fried, fish or eggs and sometimes hot dogs, macaroni, salad.Then, the plate is adorned with optional mustard, onions, hot sauce.Some restaurantsoffer multiple meat plates. The original Garbage plate is from Nick Tahout's in Rochester.

Pecan Pie: it's a sweet custard pie made primarily of corn syrup andpeanuts. It's popularly served at holidays meals and it's the speciality of Southern US.

Cheesecakes are pies made from sugar, eggs, flour and with soft fresh cheese.New-York style cheesecake relies upon heavy cream,
