This research aims to deepen understanding of consumer resistance, by proposing consumers’ propensity to resist as an individual variable responsible for consumer’s resistance behaviours. Consumers’ propensity to resist has been defined as an individual trait which manifests itself in specific situations of perceived influence in a context of marketplace relationships.
