Dressez un état des lieux actuel de la mise en œuvre du DMP (dossier médical personnel) en France. Quelles sont les échéances, les fonctionnalités prévues et écartées, les principales difficultés rencontrées et les modalités de mise en œuvre de ce DMP. Quelles pourraient être selon vous les facteurs de succès et d’échec de ce projet.

Abstract
Aiming to support the coordination of the care, to improve quality and continuity of the care, the Personal Medical File (DMP) is one of the pillars of the reform of the Sickness insurance. It raises at many citizens not only very significant hopes, which expect from it a true revolution in the field of medical information and the management of health in France, this in a fast way, but also of many interrogations. Our work consists in giving a current a report on the places of its implementation. With this intention for reviewed the literature available on Internet through the search engines, the data bases and the Web sites dedicated to the subject. The DMP should be generalized from here June 2007, the law provides that on this date, each patient should have his file. However the initial calendar has just taken a blow of delay for various reasons. The principal difficulties of its implementation are at the technical level and of the training of the actors. The authorities adhere to the project and more majority of French is favorable. A cultural change is necessary, for all the professionals of health, and an effort of formation is also necessary. The training of the patients will have to be a reality also.
